Hello! Thanks for registering to the DRIVE AM Smart Courses. In this page, you'll find how to register to Confluence, how to access the Smart Course you registered for and any additional information you might need in order to make this course easy to navigate.
Creating a Confluence Account
1. After registering on the specific Smart Course QuestionPro, you'll receive the following message: "After completing registration, anticipate receiving the link to access the training within 2-3 business days. This link will provide with direct entry to the training session. Please be patient as we process your registration."
2. On the secondary email you provided you'll receive an invitation to join Confluence, where you'll accept the invite and create an account using the personal email you provided.
Accessing the Smart Courses
Option 1
After registering and signing in on Confluence, you will receive an email that you have been assigned to a course. Click on the Visit the course link and it should take you to the course.
Option 2
You can also access it by logging in directly at https://driveam.atlassian.net/wiki/home. Once logged in, go to the top bar, click on "Apps," and then select the "Courses" tab.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do i sign in?
Visit https://driveam.atlassian.net/wiki/home, and in the top left corner, you'll see an icon where you can sign in. Once signed in, you'll know you're logged in if you see an icon with your initials and a tag that says "Guest."
How do I know if im on the correct space?
To verify you're in the correct space, the screen should display the course name and a play icon to access the content.
Is my progress getting marked as I take the course?
Yes, to confirm that your progress is being tracked, the tab of the module you've completed will turn grey compared to the other modules.
How many days do I have to finish the course?
90 days from the date you received the Smart Course email.
